Location: The Penningtons, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, HP6 6EJ
Salary: £7:80 - £7.90, Enhancements paid for the following hours worked:
Saturday’s & Sunday’s: £1.25 per hour
Night’s & Bank Holiday’s: 10% of hourly rate
Hours of work: Full and part time hours available, including early & late shifts, night shifts, and regular weekends on rolling rota basis

To provide physical, emotional, spiritual and social support to service users within the scheme to encourage them to achieve maximum independence where possible. No previous care experience is required. You need to be passionate, patient and willing to learn! You will be working as part of a team and on your own initiative and must have good numeracy, literacy and verbal skills.
The Croft is a modern, purpose built registered care home for 60 people. The home is split into four small communities, each with its own staff team. Each community has a comfortable and spacious living room where people can meet or watch the large flat screen TV. Residents can join in with a range of organised activities including coffee mornings, quizzes, discussions and cinema days. All of this takes place within a happy ‘family’ atmosphere supported by the dedicated Activity Organiser.
